The 1980’s were all about flamboyant styles, outrageous fashion, hair & make-up and a great mix of music
So let me take you back in time to the unmistakable sound of the 80’s as I perform over 40 fantastic hits from:
Wham, Duran,Duran, Culture Club, Depeche Mode, Soft Cell, Kool And The Gang ,The Police, The Jam ,The Specials Bad Manners, Madness, Frankie Goes To Hollywood,UB40, Hall & Oats, Queen ,Yazoo and many more!
To round off the night you can dance away to some further 80’s classics with my 80’s Disco!!

FRIDAY MORNINGS @ 9.15am
The class runs term time only and is 45 minutes long starting at 9.15!
It's £4.50 per session or £20 up front for 5 sessions.
It's a circuit class which is aimed at any fitness level and we target every muscle group to help strengthen and tone! The class is set up in stations with different exercises at each with each exercise lasting 40 seconds then move onto the next station and so on!
Each exercise is aimed to start low and over the weeks can be increased to the next Level to improve your fitness!
